What is a Sazerac?

A Sazerac is a classic herbaceous cocktail (some say the first ever made) originally formulated in New Orleans’ French Quarter. It dates all the way back to 1838, created by Antoine Peychaud. It's a beautiful blend of Rye, Cognac, Bitters, Sugar, Absinthe. We feel the complexities of flavor in a Sazerac beautifully reflect the depth of our passion to provide unmatched service and an exceptional leisure environment where guests may enjoy all manner of libations and people.
